Shia muslims put these stoles on their shoulders to show their love for the Prophet's Family called Ahlul-Bayt.

On one side of this stole is the Holy Shrine of Imam Husain A.S. & on the other side is the Holy Shrine of His Brother Hazrat Abbas whom peoples of Karbala, Iraq, call as Imam Abbas.
The wordings in the designs are salutions to these 2 great personalities in Islam & remembering their martyrdom in Karbala, Iraq, in the first century of Islam History.
